Refund Policy
We want you to be confident in your purchase. UprisePlugins offers a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first ever purchase. After that, renewal payments are non-refundable. Below is the full policy.
1. The 7-day money-back guarantee
- Applies to your first ever subscription payment only — i.e. the first time your account is charged ₱299.
- If you are not satisfied for any reason, email support.uprisemedia@gmail.com within 7 calendar days of the charge date and include your account email and the order ID (visible in your receipt).
- We process the refund through PayMongo to your original payment method. You should see it in 5-10 business days for cards, sometimes faster for GCash/Maya/GrabPay.
- When the refund is issued, your license is immediately revoked and the plugin will stop working on all your machines.
Plain English: Try UprisePlugins for a week. If you don't like it, email us — we refund the ₱299 in full, no friction, no survey, no questions.
2. Renewals are non-refundable
Once your first 7-day window has passed, subsequent monthly renewal charges (₱299/month for cards, or each accepted e-wallet renewal) are not refundable. If you don't want to be charged again, cancel before your next renewal date — see Section 4.
3. Cancellation vs refund
These are two different things:
- Cancellation stops future charges. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No money is returned for the time remaining in the month.
- Refund reverses a charge that already happened. Only available within the first 7 days, per Section 1.
4. How to cancel
- Go to plugins.uprisemedia.co/account and sign in by magic-link.
- Click Cancel subscription. This sets your subscription to end at the next renewal date.
- You'll receive an email confirming the cancellation. If you change your mind before the renewal date, you can re-enable it from the same page in one click.
If you can't access the portal for any reason, email support.uprisemedia@gmail.com and we will cancel manually.
5. Failed payments
If a card renewal fails after PayMongo's retries, or an e-wallet renewal link is not paid by the renewal date, your subscription ends and the plugin stops working. There is nothing to refund in this case — no charge was successful. You can resubscribe at any time, and if you do so within 30 days you keep your same license key and your previously activated machines.
6. Chargebacks and disputes
If you believe a charge is wrong, please email us first at support.uprisemedia@gmail.com before filing a chargeback with your bank. We respond within 1 business day and almost all disputes are resolved that way. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first will result in your license being suspended pending investigation and may result in permanent account termination.
7. Exceptions
We may, at our discretion, issue refunds outside the 7-day window for genuine service failures (extended outages, a confirmed bug that materially blocked your work, accidental double-charging). These are handled case-by-case — email us and we'll work it out.
